STFU PLEDGE OF RESPECT

We pledge to create spaces, both online and at our events, that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Our community celebrates every woman and female identifying person and their voices, regardless of ethnicity, age, race, class,  sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, body shape, body size, culture, or religion.

 

We celebrate each individual as a unique, crucial member of humanity, honoring their differences and proactively learning more about them to strengthen our sense of awareness, understanding, and empathy. Hate and judgement have no place in our movement.

We ask that everyone that joins our community and speaks up with us (by posting, sharing, attending events) abide by our Pledge of Respect, to treat every individual with kindness, consideration and respect for their unique personhood. The Speak the Fuck Up Community is a safe space and free of judgement, phobia, and discrimination of any kind. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave our community that violates our pledge.

We will only partner with women and minority owned businesses,  organizations, and people who agree to be active allies, both online and off, and sign our Pledge of Respect, to create the spaces and opportunities that will empower women to Speak Up for generations to come.
