STFU PURPOSE
We endeavor to create a platform that is truly collaborative. STFU is not about speaking at other women, it is about speaking with women and hearing other women speak.

Our personal experiences have taught us how important and essential having other women- friends, mentors, allies- is to strengthening our own voices. Our purpose is to create safe spaces (virtually and IRL), filled with other women finding their own voices, and cheering one another on. We are not in this alone.

When we close our eyes and imagine what 'Speak the F*ck Up' could be, we envision a global movement of women supporting women and encouraging each other to Speak the Fuck Up. We imagine building a legacy our children will be proud of, and benefit from. #TogetherWeAreLouder.
MISSION * VISION * VALUES
To us, they all go together! Our MISSION is to both speak and listen, and create opportunities and safe spaces for women to Speak the Fuck Up. Our VISION is a global movement, reaching hundreds of thousands of women, supporting and encouraging one another in ways that we can't (and can!) hardly imagine, affecting real and substantial change. Our VALUES are to lead with authenticity, humility, and gratitude, for each and every voice that speaks up as a result of what we are building together. We strive to be adaptive, wholly inclusive, free of judgement or bias and to always be learning, always be growing, always be bettering ourselves.
BUILDING A FOUNDATION & GROWING OUR IMPACT
Full transparency - the first round of events and book sales are going to go back to 'Speak the F*ck Up' so that we can do MORE. With each event, we plan to support local charities and other women led organizations that are working towards empowering future generations of women!
